AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

Air conditioning system (ACS) provides comfortable conditions for life activity of a crew and passengers in aircrafts and helicopters.
ACS is designed for developing and maintaining of air parameters in pressurized cabin (temperature, pressure, humidity, impurities) with purpose to provide normal living conditions in all expected environments of an aircraft operation (on ground, during takeoff/ landing, in flight).
The ACS provides the following functions:
● pressurization
● cabin ventilation
● heating or cooling depending on external atmospheric conditions
● decontamination of supplied air
● removal of adverse odour and air ionizing
● protection of glasses from fogging
● cooling of electronics and electrical equipment
The Air Conditioning System includes the following components:
● heat- exchangers
● cooling turbines
● shut-off-and-regulating valves etc.
TEPLOOBMENNIK SC PDC develops and manufactures air management systems for modern aircrafts and helicopters. Jointly with Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse SAS the enterprise develops and delivers air management systems for Russian short- haul commercial aircraft Sukhoi SuperJet.
As the lead developer “Teploobmennik” carries on the project of Integrated Air Management System (IAMS) and Wing Anti-Ice System (WAIS) development for Russian short-and-medium- haul aircraft MC-21.
