PROCESS ENGINEERING


The following manufacturing processes are used in the company:

- Die casting of aluminium alloy blank parts (AK12 (AL2) GOST 1583-93, TSAM4M1 GOST 25140-93, LTS40Sd GOST R 50425-92), mold weight 15 to 300 g.

- Investment casting; alloys AL3, AK7ch (AL9), GOST 1583-93, mold weight 0.035 to 1.1 kg.

- Chill casting: alloys AL3, AK7ch (AL9), GOST 1583-93, mold weight 0.055 to 7 kg.

- Sand-loam mild casting: alloys AL3, AK7ch (AL9), GOST 1583-93, mold weight 0.5 to 1.8 kg.

- Vacuum thermal processing

- Electroplating and painting

- Application of wear-resistant coating in vacuum

- Die forging: AK4, AK4-1, AK6 GOST 4784-97, forging weight 0.02 to 2.5 kg.


Machining by multiaxes machining centers provides manufacture of complicated precision spatially configured parts made of stainless steel, high-strength aluminium and titanium alloys, metal ceramics.

Manufacture of rotation bodies actually in full is performed at NC machines with 7-8 accuracy degree.

The part surface sensing is provided by volumetric measurements at KIM-750 machine with accuracy to 2 micron at length of 250 mm.

Sheetmetal pressing includes the set of flow processes and equipment as follows:

- automated cutting of roll material to 600 mm wide at sheet-shearing line HERRBLITZ (Italy);


- automated sheet-metal forming of roll material at automatic presses established at the base of presses KE 2130 with use of compensating devices and feeding units of SX-100 type and motorized uncoilers JDM 0.5 (Italy), using follow dies;

- sheetmetal and nonmetal cutting of complex parts to 80 mm thick at hydroabrasive cutting machine OMAX mod. 2652 (USA);

- sheet-metal forming of one-of-a-kind workpieces and small batch workpieces of complicated configuration at sheet processing NC machine PWS-640 BALTEC (Switzerland);

- production of cooling fins at automatic presses and roll machines;

- deep drawing at double-action presses; complicated steel and alloy molding with accuracy ±0.05 mm;

- manufacture of rubber and plastic products.

Various welding and brazing processes are used in the company, including:

  • argon-arc welding of aluminium, titanium, copper alloys, stainless steel, hot-strength nickel-base alloys to 15 mm thick;

  • precision automatic argon-arc welding of structural, stainless, hot-strength steels and alloys 0.1 to 1 mm;

  • resistance spot and seam welding of aluminium, titanium alloys, stainless steel to 5 mm deep and also stainless steel and precipitation hardening alloys with thickness level difference maximum 1:5;

  • laser welding of small size and thickness parts;

  • diffused welding of small size aluminium and titanium parts;

  • welding of aluminium-steel adapters;

  • soft soldering of heat exchangers made of copper alloys in molten solder and hot air flow;

  • metal plasma cutting;

  • gas-stabilized plasma welding (brazing) of steel, aluminium and copper alloys.

The company has wide experience and production facilities for the following:

  • electron-beam brazing (in particular tubular heat exchangers made of stainless steel);

  • fluxless brazing of aluminium alloys in vacuum;

  • brazing in pots with shielding atmosphere for products made of carbon stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys and copper;

  • soft soldering of copper-brass heat exchangers by molten solder dipping;

  • vacuum brazing of structural and stainless steel.
